elementary school students throughout the US and McDonalds
owner-operators of Oregon and Southwest Washington are committed to
continuing this legacy, offering these free shows to your school and
others in your school district. For more than 18 years,
Ronald
McDonald® has been coming to local schools like yours,
providing
lessons in: early-reading, fire and poison safety, protecting the
environment, self-esteem, personal character-character counts and
getting an active lifestyle -- designed to compliment your educational
and child development curricula. With an average of 60 local "in-school" shows a year and an average 600 students per school, we provide an entertaining and informative teaching aid to nearly 36,000 area students each season. Many local school curriculum specialists, counselors and principals opt to have these shows start or re-cap special in-school programs and each of our currently available shows have been regionally and nationally developed in partnership with leading educational specialists - to meet the continuing needs of K - 5 educators around the country. |

Through music, magic and fun, Ronald uses helpers from the audience and
other characters in the show to engage the students. The message is important - Ronald helps make it fun. Because your local area McDonalds® operator-owner is 100% committed to these shows, they offer them to your school at no cost to you.
